Suggested Usage
Apply the shampoo and gently massage into the scalp and then rinse thoroughly.

Suggested Usage
Apply a small amount of the conditioner and gently massage into the scalp, paying attention to the ends of the hair for those with longer hair (you may require and extra 'blob'!). Leave for 1-10 minutes, rinse in cool water (cool water helps to close the hair cuticles and leaves your hair even shinier)
